Swedish Presto Group Enters Portugal Through Segmon Acquisition

On 2 November 2026, Swedish Presto Group announced its acquisition of Portuguese fire-safety company Segmon – Sistemas Globais de Segurança, marking Presto’s entry into the Portuguese market. Segmon operates across four locations, employs approximately 50 people and serves more than 5,000 customers. The purchase price was not disclosed. The transaction creates opportunities for integration advisory, financial due diligence and expansion planning.
