On 28 October, Specialities Construction secured a KWD 24.199 million contract for infrastructure, services and public buildings at Al-Mutlaa City’s N1 Suburb Centre. The development forms part of Kuwait’s residential expansion programme and creates opportunities for civil engineering firms, architectural consultants, building-material suppliers and infrastructure contractors.
